    Job Description:

    We are seeking a Senior NetSuite Finance Manager with deep expertise in the Quote-to-Cash (QTC) process to lead strategic initiatives for a leading SaaS client. This role requires a strong combination of functional and technical NetSuite knowledge, leadership experience, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional business stakeholders.

    The ideal candidate will not only drive QTC optimization efforts but also oversee delivery teams, manage project timelines, and ensure alignment between technology solutions and business objectives.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Own and manage the end-to-end NetSuite Quote-to-Cash process, including Order Management, Accounts Receivable, and Billing.
    • Lead a team of consultants and analysts in implementing and enhancing NetSuite solutions.
    • Serve as the primary liaison between finance, operations, and IT to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable NetSuite solutions.
    • Oversee project planning, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.
    • Ensure adherence to best practices in configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
    • Proactively identify process gaps and opportunities for automation or improvement.

     

    Must-Have Skills:

    • Proven leadership experience managing NetSuite Finance or QTC implementations.
    • Deep expertise in NetSuite Order Management, Billing, and AR modules.
    • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership.
    • Experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

     

    Nice-to-Have (Preferred):

    • Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Billing
    • Familiarity with Zuora Billing or other subscription-based billing platforms
